King Manor Museum
Manager of Public Programs November 2009 – Present


King Manor Museum was the home of Founding Father Rufus King, an early opponent of slavery.
My position includes developing and implementing public programs, overseeing high school interns, and acting as Site Supervisor on weekends. I also stand in for the Caretaker periodically.
Some specific aspects of my position include:
* Develop, coordinate, promote and implement family events, school programs and lecture series
* Interview, train and supervise high school interns
* Manage tasks and communications for new website, including development, launch, and continuing updates.
* Manage social media, including Facebook and Twitter
* Schedule volunteers for special events and weekend programming
